*1976+ Grew up in WV. *1998 Two person show at the Grandview Gallery, Morgantown, WV "Those Awkward Questions" *1999 BFA from WVU, thesis exhibition in Mesaros Galleries *1999 Moved to NYC, worked in art studio, making paintings & doing faux-finishes & murals for offices, hotels, etc... *'99-'01 participated in a few small, informal shows in Williamsburg (Brooklyn) & a larger group show at Galleryonetwentysix (Now defunct I think) on the LES *2000 Met Spencer (my black lop-eared bunny friend) *2001 Art Studio company lost big jobs at World Trade Center (obvious reasons) so I freelanced for a year, doing murals and miscellaneous projects (Check out the bar "Revival" on near Irving Place by Union Square, to see my work *2001 Reactions exhibition at Exit Art, Manhattan *2002 Got a job at the Met Museum of Art in Manhattan & spent the next several years looking at art (when possible) *2003 Met Museum Employee Art Show *2005 Another Met Employee Art show *2005 Met my 'boyfriend' T. *2006 Started getting sick of NY rent prices, knew my museum job might get me a mortgage, but I'd never own a real house in NYC & have a real studio or workshop of my very own there. Decided to move to York, PA, central to DC, Baltimore, NYC, Pgh, and our family. *2007 Found out Spencer is a girl, got married to T., found an apartment , bought a car, moved to York, have a porch. *FUTURE plan on buying a house, possibly starting a business, enjoying fresh air again
