“Beers is a great place to send your child. It is clean, safe, and the teachers care. That is something that is lacking in so many other schools. You can set your mind at ease when your child goes to Beers. Trust me they will call you if their is a problem. I really like the new principal, she is friendly and knowledgelable. My child has learned so much while attending Beers, I will miss it as we move on.”

“Anne Beers is a magnificient school. The principal and teachers work hard. The teachers all work together. Anne Beers is a family school. They even have community people who volunteer in the school. All of this good stuff is because of the new principal that we got in 2006. The building is much nicer and the staff work hard. They really care about the children and push them hard. Now maybe Beers will get back to where it use to be.”

“There are no current activities for the musically inclined student. My experiences with Beers Elem. have been horrible. The kids are rude and bullies. They have a tendency to disrespect each other and continuously 'assault' each other. I have two children attending this school and the coaches for the cheerleaders, has 'accidently' forgot to bring my children to me. Basically, my oldest child was left at an Elementary School in Washington, DC without supervision. Imagine that! What type of staff does this principal hire or allow to volunteer. Are the children really safe at Anne Beers? Does the staff really care about these kids? Or are they just doing enough to get their paychecks? The principal doesn't return phone calls, doesn't follow-up for scheduled appointments, and in the time of crisis - he ignores the parents needs and feelings. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL!”
